Dear Cannabis Synergy family,

 

As we monitor the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) around the world, we want to ensure you that the health and well-being of our audience, artists, and staff are always our highest priority. We understand the growing concern surrounding the virus across our communities, and our hearts go out to all those who've been impacted.

 

On Feb. 14, San Diego County declared a local health emergency and proclaimed measures to deal with the developing crisis. For that reason our team has made the determination to postpone the monthly Cannabis Synergy event for the month of March (3/27/20). Out of an extra abundance of caution, we have added the following steps beyond our usual high cleanliness and service standards going forward: 

 

• Requiring that artists, staff, visitors, and audience members stay home if they feel ill and/or experience any symptoms.

• Personalizing consumption by providing each audience member with their individual products; making available disposable and re-usable individual mouth pieces for smokable items; and encouraging visitors and audience members to bring their own consumption accessories for personal use.

• Making hand sanitizers readily available in all public areas.

• Conducting an aggressive cleaning schedule in all public areas, including increased cleaning of door handles, handrails, and bathroom areas.

• Aggressive disinfecting and the wiping down of all accessories, seats, bar countertops, and public areas the day before and on the day of the event.

 

We are committed to the safety of our community. As we continue to monitor information from the Center for Disease Control, California Department of Public Health, and San Diego Public Health Services, we will provide ongoing updates as necessary at www.cannabissynergy.tv, and will take this opportunity to share educational information about consumption safety amidst the health concerns this health crisis has set forth.
